Training Centre

Our purpose-built ERA Expert Training Centre, at our head office in the West Midlands, offers a comprehensive programme of workshops and tailored training courses.

The Centre

The centre caters for both classroom-style and practical learning which, when combined, provide an enhanced learning experience. Courses can be tailored to any skill level to benefit people who are new to the industry or those who are experienced in their sector.

The classroom is well-equipped with a projector and a TV to provide a varied learning style. Product samples allow delegates to explore features and benefits first hand and more practically can work with these samples to get hands-on experience – fitting them, adjusting them and picking up handy tips and tricks along the way.

More than just a training centre

The Training Centre is situated alongside our UKAS accredited test facility, which is fully equipped to test windows and doors to the latest industry standards. Our experienced engineers can either provide an indicative report or a full UKAS accredited report, depending on your requirements. Meetings and conferences can also be held at our facilities with our various conference rooms available to comfortably seat up to 14 people in a boardroom setting, or more in a theatre style.

Courses that are just right for you

The majority of courses run at the Training Centre are customer-specific, tailored to meet our delegates’ exact requirements and often combining elements from a number of courses for optimum output.
 
In addition to running customer-specific courses, we also offers those that range from general introductions to the product range to those that focus on a specific product in more detail.
