We aim to keep all customers as informed as possible about the operational status of our connected smart home security products.
This page is updated whenever a known service issue is identified, and will show the current status for each product in our smart security range.
If all products are showing no issues, your system should be operating as expected. If you're experiencing a problem that isn't listed here, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team — we're always happy to help.
The ERA Service Status page covers connected smart home security products, including wireless alarm systems, security cameras, and other app-enabled devices in the ERA range. These are products that rely on network connectivity, cloud services, or companion apps — and so may occasionally be subject to service interruptions outside of normal product faults.
For issues relating to mechanical products such as door locks, cylinders, window handles, or other non-connected hardware, please contact our customer service team directly or call us on 01922 490049.
