Multi-point door locks are the most widely specified locking system for modern PVCu, composite, and timber entrance doors.

Unlike a traditional single-point lock, a multi-point lock engages simultaneously at multiple points along the door frame when the handle is lifted — typically using a combination of hooks, rollers, bolts, and mushroom cams — making it significantly harder to force open.
