Specifically designed for lift-to-lock multi-point locks found on PVCu and composite doors, the advanced smart handle offers door manufacturers a comprehensive, keyless security solution that integrates easily into existing door designs.
The ERA Protect Smart Universal Handle provides multiple smart access methods, including fingerprint recognition for up to 50 users, one-touch unlock via the ERA Smart Home app, and secure entry using encrypted key cards. Additionally, the handle can be integrated with the WiFi Connection Hub, allowing remote access and the ability to grant temporary e-keys to users such as friends and family members, tradespeople, or maintenance teams via the ERA Smart Home app.
Built-in geolocation technology also allows the users to choose auto-unlock once they are within the parameters of ‘home’. From inside the property, users can simply turn the thumbturn and press the lever down to unlock. Locking is just as simple, lifting the lever locks the door and the voice assistant will let users know the door is locked. The handle has an average battery life of 6 – 8 months and also includes a 9V battery backup to ensure continued operation in the unlikely event of battery depletion, to provide added peace of mind for users and confidence in product reliability for manufacturers. Security and data protection are ensured with fully encrypted fingerprint and key card information stored within the handle itself. The ERA Smart Home app is also GDPR and PSTI compliant and includes two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
Designed to complement the aesthetic of modern door systems, the ERA Protect Smart Universal Handle is available in finishes of Matte Black, Polished Chrome, and Satin Chrome, ensuring design versatility for different door types.
