I graduated from Leeds University, with a BA (Hons) in Management & Sociology and a MA in Human Resource Management. I have significant HR experience gained with several blue-chip employers, including Santander, Boots, Equifax, Poundland and RAC. I joined ERA in September 2015 and have responsibility for all human resources and employee wellbeing across ERA.
